Easy way to feed supplements!, 1/3/2013

KG from Indiana

I really love this product. It's an easy way to feed supplements to horses needing joint support, especially since it combines several key ingredients (MSM, glucosamine, chondroitin) into one cookie. I did have to try feeding these to my aged TB gelding a few times before he actually ate it. In more recent purchases, I've noticed that the cookies smell less "fishy" (perhaps this smell comes from the marine chondroitin source) and my usually picky horse is now eagerly eating his cookies. After a few weeks of feeding Majesty's Flex Wafers, I can see a noticeable difference in my arthritic gelding's comfort level. I would definitely recommend these as a cost-effective way to provide additional joint support or preventative maintenance for stiff horses or horses in active work. Great product!!

great product, 8/12/2012

Janet from East Wenatchee, Wa.

I have used these for 6 years now and think they are the best ever. My horse had Stifle surgery on both hind legs, i started him on these right away by my Vet's advice and he has no soundness issues at all he is 11 now and ridden 5 days a week and on mountian trails for pleasure. It is a easy product to feed and he loves them. Thanks again to Majesty wafers.

Treat loving horse hates them, 6/7/2012

Melissa from Denver, CO

When I read the reviews for these and saw that a few people were saying their horses wouldn't eat them, I ignored those reviews because my horse will do ANYTHING for a treat and loves all things food. But she will not touch these. The first day she ate one but barely (I thought she was going to spit it out) and so I thought she might get used to them but she won't take them out of my hand now. I've been crumbling them up and leaving them in her bucket and hoping that she's eating them with her morning grain but I'm not around to verify so I'm not sure if she's eating them or not. Bummer.

Amazing product, 3/12/2012

horsedoggirl from Lake Matthews, CA

My 22 year old mare developed ring bone and was starting to really slow down and not want to do anything. After starting her on these supplements she is back to her old self running around her field and raring to go riding. My farrier was so impressed how much easier she was to work with and how much better she was moving.

I have just started feeding these "treats" to my 25 yr old Appaloosa. He is not a picky eater and was more then happy to enjoy them. He looks forward to getting his own special treat each morning.

Horses love them-- but ZERO results., 3/8/2012

JessG from McArthur, CA

I have been feeding these to my 3 horses for a few years now, but just recently stopped buying them... the horses love them (minus 2 bags I've recieved which had gone bad and had to return them), so they've made great after-ride treats, but since I haven't seen any proof of joint support (had to put my jumper on a "real" joint support because she needed a little help with stiffness-- after a few weeks on that supplement she was a new horse!) I figured that only being fed soley as a treat, these were quite expensive.

Reaaly does work!, 3/7/2012

Angela from Dalton City, Illinois

I have had my 31 year old Quarter horse on these supplements for 6 years. When he was 25 we thought we were going to have to put him down due to arthritis. My gelding is still running around and the vets can't believe he's 31. It took a couple months to start to see the difference when we started the supplement. All I can say is its a small price to pay to keep them comfortable and you'll be so happy with the results.

Awesome Supplement, 2/22/2012

SouthernStorm from Athens ga

I have a mustang with sticky stifles and this product really works to help keep him fluid and loose. Sticky stifles cant be fixed with a supplement but with the right anti-inflammatory it will help to minimize the locking and the damage done to the joint. After trying several different EXPENSIVE products i found this one and i LOVE it, so much cheaper while producing an amazing result (just as an FYI the only time i noticed it not really working was when my picky boy decided to leave a couple cookies in his feed bucket...this product is awesome but I would not recommend missing ANY doses) my picky guy now loves his "treat"

Love These!, 1/9/2012

Person from Riverside, CA

These wafers are amazing! My horses never get stiff or sore when these are given to them. We have 2 'oldies' (one is 17, the other is 25) and these wafers work wonders on them! They work almost instantly (same day), so if I notice they are a bit stiff, I'll give one of these to them and they'll be good as new by the end of the day. Also, they LOVE them. These are like treats, & when we give them one, they want more! I would HIGHLY recomend trying these to any horse owner who has a horse that gets stiff and/or sore in it's joints. It works great!!!

Horse 25yrs Great for His Legs, 1/2/2012

Catsdughi from Tallahassee, Florida

This is the second old horse I have had to have the supplement combination of MSM, Chondritin & Gluecosemine. I wish I had had Majesty Wafter for the last old horse, they are working wonders for my 25 year old Morgan/Quarter horse. You can feed them in their feed or just as a horse cookie. Highly Recommended.

the horses like them, 11/24/2011

Gemmers from Brighton, IL

I've been feeding these daily to my horses for the last 3 or so years. They like them. Just found out my 10 yr old has arthritis in his hocks. Not sure why, decent conformation, not over worked, bad genetics? So I know these will not prevent arthritis, perhaps it slowed it down? Either way I'm switching to something stronger.

Love It!, 10/4/2011

Kara from Minnesota

I was told 4 months ago to retire my 21 year old gelding who has arthritis. I was determined to try some type of supplement. I board so I didn't want to make more work for them with powders/fluids. After 1 month of using this product, my old gelding was TROTTING in the pasture and naying/nickering like crazy. He enjoys being riden again. He used to be so depressed he didn't want to move with the pain. He absolutely LOVES these cookies too. My young mare is picky when it comes to treats. It took my 5 attempts to try see if she would like them too, after the 5th time she loves them too. Totally recommend this product. And don't give up on your horse if they don't like it the first time you try give it to them.

Worked better than expected!, 7/7/2011

LakotaWoman1968 from Mediapolis, IA

The only complaint that I had was that I had to break them down into tiny bits in my Paint mare's morning feed in order to get her to eat them, although her stable mate was willing to take them even though he doesn't need them! She is a rescue who had a lot of stiffness issues, possibly due to malnutrition. These are so much easier to use than the liquids and powders, and my horse seems to like them better than the others, and a lot easier to get her to eat these than the powders and liquids. I noticed an IMMEDIATE improvement in her ease of movement, and can tell when she doesn't get them. The husband who takes glucosamine supplements himself says that they are not too bad, LOL! Overall, if you have a horse that needs this kind of supplement, I would recommend these for their ease of use, and because they are not nearly as messy as the liquid and powders are!

Great way to get supplements into my horse, 3/14/2011

wapitirocket from Springfield, MO

My 26 yr. old QH is pastured with friends. He has been an easy keeper and doesn't get regular grain which has made it hard to provide him with some supplementation. He likes his treats and we can give them to him without having to separate him. For a working Mom with a farm and busy kids, this has been the answer for us.

Much better than anticipated, 10/19/2010

Maggie from toledo, OH

I purchased these supplements for a 20 year old quarter horse mare that was being brought out of retirement for my daughters to ride. We were concerned that lameness would be an issue and started her on the wafers as soon as we brought her home. We noticed improvements in movement within 2 weeks of starting her on the wafers. After a month she was being ridden fairly hard and was staying sound without a single day of lameness. I ran out of supplements after 3 months and noticed a slowdown in the mare soon after. She was just a bit sore, but most noticeable was a change in her attitude. She was tired and grumpy, something she had never been before. Ordered more wafers and within about 10 days she was back to her old perky self. to watch her go you would never know she was 20! To say the least, we are thrilled with this product and will make sure we never run out again.

My mule is 22 years old, last year, I didn't think I would ever get to ride her again, she was lame and could not ride very long or in hard terrain. We tried these and a year later, I had her in Missouri in the Ozarks riding the trails. Her recovery has been amazing and she's back to the sassy and strong mule I had before she was hurting so much. I highly recommend these, and she loves them!

Since she could no longer walk up the stairs to go to bed (12 years old) I thought I'd give it a try. Within a week, I noticed a difference. I gave her 1/2 cookie daily which she ate willingly. Her activity returned to normal and she was able to bounce around like the puppy she thought she was...She lived to be almost 16 years old with no disabilities etc... I am eternally grateful for this product which allowed my dog to sleep by my side until her very last day!!!! Also a great price for the amount of glucosamine and MSM you get in each cookie!

The Best!, 4/12/2010

CJ from

I started using the Flex wafers on my now 18 year old Thoroughbred cross gelding with joint issues about 3 years ago. The convenience of one wafer is great. No more buying seperate supplements and hope where you are boarding they are measuring correctly. I think the amount of each product is more than I was giving to him before. He moves great, loves the treat. Really seems to be making a big difference. Very happy with the product.

Happy Horse, 10/5/2009

Andrea from IL

My horse is an OTTB who has already has arthritis at 5 years old, and his rear ankles cracked horribly every time he would move for months, until I found these cookies. At first he wouldn't eat them, but I crumbled them in his grain for awhile and now he takes them no problem. After about 3 weeks worth of daily supplementation, his ankles stopped popping so much - and even my trainer has commented on his suspension lately! I would definitely recommend these as a cheap alternative for joint health.

I have a 13 yr old thoroughbred that was injured on the track and he has servere arthritis. I started giving him the wafers about a year ago and since then he acts like hes 4 or 5. This is a great product and really helped to control his arthritis. I highly recommend this product.

Just the right thing!, 8/31/2009

I use this for my 13 yr old black lab. I couldn't get him to take dog or people supplements for his arthritic paws and aging hip joints. The apple, oats and molasses mixture in the wafer have him reminding me to give the treat. It really has added quality to his life. Thank you so much.

Great product., 8/22/2009

from PA

I started using this product when I had multiple horses to supplement and this made it so much easier. I can just walk out into the field and give this to them like a treat, or place in feed bucket. My horses love them. My senior horse is doing so much better on this product, and I never worry that my horses don't get the correct dose. I highly recommend these.

Does its job., 8/4/2009

Chara from KY

I started feeding this to my Arab mare about 6 months ago. She loves it and has no problem with the taste (than again she eats just about anything). My TB mare just started on these about a month ago and will not touch it unless it is crumbled in her feed. She had stifle issues when I bought her that have started to clear up already and is moving much better around the pasture. Overall I think this product is a good buy.

A Great Supplement, 7/23/2009

Kristi from South Coast of Oregon

I have two older horses and they both receive the product. The mare is not a picky eater at all and has no qualms about trying new things. She loves it! The gelding is less adventurous and he sniffed and smelled it for a minute then he tried it. He loves it! They both seem to be moving effortlessly and haven't had any joint problems. He is a drill horse now and enjoys it immensely. Thanks Majesty's Flex!

Majesty's wafers are great for boarded horses!, 7/15/2009

Connie from Oregon City, OR

Majesty's wafers are great if you are boarding your horse and someone else is feeding your supplements. I never have to worry about my horses receiving the correct dosage, just one treat per day and they're set. My 20 year-old gelding is very picky, won't eat any powdered supplements. With Majesty's wafers, he thinks he getting a treat! His hocks used to click and I don't hear that any more. I highly recommend this product.

Easy to use and works, 7/6/2009
Sandy from Carrsville, VA

Started feeding the Flex Wafers in Oct. 2008 to my 14 year old appaloosa mare that had been bit by a tractor trailer when she was 9 years old. I had gone on a trail ride and noticed she didn't have her usual gotta run attitude. Started her on the wafers and in two weeks I had my energetic horse back. I am also feeding to her daughter that foundered and they have helped her with the mild effects from the laminitis and she is now pain free and running around like her old self but on a modified diet.

Majestys Flex Wafers, 6/17/2009

Mary Ann from Gainesville, Florida

My horse recently had to have his hocks injected secondary to a dry socket, he is a 14 yr old retired race horse TB quarterhorse appendix. His main job is hunter/jumper now with an occasional trail ride. My vet suggested we try supplementation to see if it would help and it has been amazing! He loves the cookies and eats them without a problem and we do not have trouble with his refusing jumps and acting sore anymore. Also, they are very cost effective.

I have been feeding these wafers for about 2 months now and my farrier was here a couple days ago and he said that my senior horse I feed them to was MUCH MUCH better. He wasn't nearly as stiff as he usually was. And Rex LOVES them! He knows when I go out in that lot at feeding time he is right there looking for his "cookie".

I was a little skeptical at first, but I have been using these for 3 months, and I can see a huge difference. My horse has not been lame since using this product. I feed one everyday. It's worth it to have a horse you can actually ride anytime because their not sore and lame.

My 19 year old Mare loves these and they are so easy, no measuring, no mixing with her feed, one treat and she is ready to go. There is no measuring! One cookie a day and hes done and I dont have to worry if hes getting the right amount. He wont eat it from my hand like a cookie, but it gets put in his feed every morning and he eats it. Thats all that matters to me! Very good product. Ive been using it for my TB with lameness issues for a few years now and couldnt be happier.

Picky pony satisfied, 6/11/2008

Emily from Greeley, Colorado

My 20 year old gelding wont eat anything that tastes suspiciously like medicine. He is quite lame as he has navicular and arthritis. Without supplements he is miserable. These cookies are no problem to feed though! He eats them right up. They are much more affordable and easyer to give than Cosequine, whech is what I had him on before. They seem to be working just as well, too. Would recommend them to anyone.

My horses did not like it at first...then I broke it up and put it in the feeding dish...they got used to the taste and now they will eat the whole waffer. It seams to be helping my older horse. He was favoring his hind foot and now he is doing fine with it.

Majesty's Flex Wafers, 5/28/2008

from Huntington

This product put the 'stop' back into a calf horse that was having to make periodic visits to be adjusted. He is now back to his old self. When the rope is thrown he stops without hesitation. The product at first seemed pricey until we realized it really helped and we have made no more visits to be adjusted. Flex wafers fixed our problem.

I have been using this product for years, and really feel that my horses benefit from it. It is convenient to use - just throw a cookie in the grain everyday. I feel that it is a good value for my money. The only thing that I don't like is how fast they dry out if not sealed up well.

Great! Easy to feed!, 5/20/2008

Emily from TN

My mare loves them! I can make sure she gets all her dosage and it doesn't get left in the bottom of her feed bucket. Some of the "treats" aren't whole. Generally out of one 60 wafer bag 2-3 will be only halves. They are also 50% cheaper too! If you buy 2 bags of 60 wafers, its $0.50 a day. Generally its about $1.00 a day. Great product!

I have been using the Flex wafers for about a year. My fussy gelding wouldn't eat any other joint suppliment. He loves this one. It is so easy to feed that my 5 year old gives it to him. Plus, it actually helps with less pain and stiffness. He is 20 and acts like a youngster on the trails and in the pasture.
