I TOO RECEIVED THIS BRIDLE WITHOUT THE REINS. THIS IS TERRIBLE MISREPRESENTATION AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I CANT BELIEVE THEY HAVE NOT CORRECTED THE WEBSITE DISCLAIMERS OR NOT!

I ordered this bridle and in the summary it states: This bridles comes complete with 54 L x 58 W suregrip reins.
When the bridle arrived without the reins I called customer service, AJ, the first person I talked to said he was sure that was probably an error and they would need to remove it but they would take care of it for me. He said he had to call me back. When he called back he said his supervisor said I send it back if I didnt like it but it doesnt come with reins. I asked to speak to her. She would only give me her first name, Shannon and was flippant about they would only take it back. I asked to speak to someone else that could give me their fullname I was given to Kim Gleco who was even less customer friend than the Shannon and said to read the customer agreement that they were not responsible for anything said or misrepresented on their website. They would rather loose a good customer than make things right. So beware you may not get what you order and they dont care if you do or not.
